We're hiring a CRO/UX Manager who uses AI to move faster than a traditional optimiser ever could.
You'll own how our site converts, turning traffic into customers across landing pages, product pages, and checkout and you'll do it with AI woven through every part of the process, from research and hypothesis generation to building test variants and analysing results.
What you'll do
- Own the conversion rate optimisation roadmap across the full on-site funnel
- Use AI to accelerate every stage of CRO. Mining data for insights, generating hypotheses, spinning up test variants, and analysing results at speed
- Design, run, and analyse A/B and multivariate tests across landing pages, product pages, and checkout
- Build landing pages and test variants rapidly using AI tools rather than waiting on long design and dev cycles
- Improve UX and remove friction at every stage of the customer journey
- Use data, session recordings, and AI-driven analysis to find where the funnel leaks and why
- Work closely with the growth, creative, and design teams to ship and iterate fast
- Own conversion metrics and report clearly on impact

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
