Vivobarefoot exists to reconnect people with natural movement. Not as a wellness trend. As a genuine fix for what modern life is doing to human bodies and the planet they live on.
But great products only change the world if people can find them, understand them, and buy them. That's where you come in.
We're looking for a CRO Manager who can make sure our digital experience is as purposeful as what's in the box turning curiosity into conversion, and making sure the business that supports the mission is as strong as the belief behind it.
It’s an opportunity to make a meaningful impact and shape how we show up for our consumers.
WHERE YOU'LL PLAY
Our CRO Manager owns the experimentation programme that closes that gap between a visitor and purchase.
You will take a testing programme that already exists and grow it, mature it, and eventually build it out so the team can run experiments, not just you.
You'll also play a central role in our migration from Magento to Shopify making sure conversion performance doesn't take a hit in the transition.
What You'll Own
Design and run A/B tests and multivariate experiments across the site - landing pages, PDPs, basket, checkout, and paid journeys Develop test hypotheses from both quantitative data and qualitative sources Own the experimentation roadmap - prioritised by impact, not instinct Identify friction and drop-off points across the purchase funnel and translate them into structured test programmes Present test results to stakeholders with statistical rigour - confidence intervals, not just "it won" Progressively hand testing capability to wider teams, building process and templates that make experimentation accessible without sacrificing quality Write clear product requirements and feature descriptions, working with product and development teams to get winning tests implemented on our site. Working with our design team, overseeing the end-to-end design process from test concept and wireframe through to engineering handoff.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
