Job Description:

Hearts & Science EMEA | Omnicom Media Group

London | Hybrid

Join Hearts & Science EMEA

At Hearts & Science, we believe the best media strategies are built on both data and human insight. As part of Omnicom Media Group, we help some of the world's leading brands connect with audiences across international markets through innovative, data-driven media solutions.

We're looking for a Digital Performance Analyst to join our growing EMEA team, supporting one of our flagship clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for digital marketing, data and performance analysis who wants to develop their career in an international agency environment.

The Role

As a Digital Performance Analyst, you'll play a key role in analysing and optimising cross-channel digital media performance across more than 10 EMEA markets.

Working from our London hub, you'll collaborate with specialists across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic and SEO to turn campaign data into actionable insights that improve performance and drive smarter media decisions.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys problem solving, working with data and uncovering insights that make a measurable impact.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Performance Reporting & Analysis
    • Produce weekly performance reports and identify trends across digital campaigns.
    • Analyse campaign performance and recommend data-driven optimisations.
    • Support testing programmes by evaluating results and identifying opportunities for improvement.
    • Translate complex performance data into clear, client-friendly insights.
    • Assist with strategic reporting, including Quarterly Business Reviews and performance presentations.
    • Deliver ad hoc analysis to support campaign optimisation and business priorities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
