London | Hybrid

Join Hearts & Science EMEA
At Hearts & Science, we believe the best media strategies combine data, technology and human insight. As part of Omnicom Media Group, we partner with some of the world's most exciting brands to deliver innovative, performance-driven media campaigns across international markets.

We're looking for a Digital Performance Analyst to join our EMEA team, supporting the global growth of one of the world's fastest-growing premium sportswear brands.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with digital data, uncovering insights and helping optimise campaigns across multiple channels and international markets.

The Role

As a Digital Performance Analyst, you'll support the delivery and optimisation of cross-channel digital performance across EMEA, working from our London hub.

  • Collaborate with specialists across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic and SEO, helping transform campaign data into actionable insights that improve performance and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Working closely with both our European teams and colleagues in the US, you'll play an important role in ensuring campaigns are consistently measured, optimised and continuously improved across multiple markets.

Whether you're already working in digital performance or looking to build your career in media analytics, this is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to global campaigns for an internationally recognised brand.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Analyse campaign performance and recommend optimisations based on data.
  • Support testing programmes by evaluating results and identifying future testing opportunities.
  • Translate complex performance data into clear, client-friendly recommendations.
  • Assist in delivering strategic reporting, including Quarterly Business Reviews and performance presentations.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to answer business questions and support campaign optimisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
