Position Description
The role involves supporting the regional CEO and COO in managing CSI businesses in EMEA. Responsibilities include co-ordinating business initiatives, assisting with head office reporting, preparation for regional town halls, and assisting with the management of business support teams.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives.
- Align operations with the overall organisational goals and objectives.
Operational Excellence
- Streamline and optimise operational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Continuously monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions accordingly.
Financial Management
- Oversee preparation of budgets, planning, and forecasting.
- Working closely with local Management, Finance, and Head Office.

Local Leadership
- Foster a high-performance culture and ensuring effective collaboration and communication across teams from business and support teams.
Risk Management
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing appropriate controls and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Business Development
- Collaborate with the business teams to identify / implement growth opportunities.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, banks, exchanges, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.
Technology and Innovation
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to equity operations.
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology and innovation to improve operational efficiency and drive business growth.
Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights on key performance indicators, operational challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in a leadership role of a financial institution or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of global capital markets, products, and regulatory requirements.
- Track record of successfully managing and leading teams
- Strategic thinking, problem solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards required.
- Excellent written and spoken English
