Cruise Charter Delivery Manager | Essex / Hybrid | Salary £35-40,000 DOE
Gecko Travel Recruitment are delighted to be working with an award-winning cruise company who are looking for a Cruise Charter Delivery Manager to join their team. This is an amazing opportunity to work on exciting, high-profile charter and cruise projects.
The Role:
As Cruise Charter Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering charter cruises, theme cruises and bespoke projects, working closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure every detail is delivered seamlessly. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised project or event professional who enjoys building relationships, managing timelines, and bringing exceptional customer experiences to life, with the opportunity to travel onboard cruises to oversee delivery when required.

You Will Have:
- Experience within cruise, travel events, weddings or hospitality
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, coordinate and keep projects on track
- Confident communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients, guests, suppliers and internal teams
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to get involved in all aspects of delivery
- Experience taking projects or events from the planning stage through to successful completion
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm and find solutions when challenges arise
- The ability to manage expectations and keep stakeholders updated throughout a project
- A passion for creating memorable customer experiences
- The flexibility to travel internationally and work varied hours when required

Additional Info:
- Salary £35-40,000 depending on experience
