Cruise Consultant
Required for this luxury travel company. You will be selling their very successful cruise program mainly concentrating on one destination in Europe. Very fast paced, salary up to £40,000, on target earning £100,000 plus, as well as some amazing benefits. They are looking for a target driven cruise professional. Monday to Friday, 3 days 9am to 6pm and 2 days 11am to 8pm, no weekends.

- Mainly dealing with American clients, booking European cruises, mainly in one Mediterranean location
- Dealing with a high volume of enquiries by phone and email. Speaking to the customer, offering the cruise that works better for them in regards to budget, destinations etc, talk through various cabins options available
- Talk payments, send out confirmation
- Deal with any amendments, upgrades etc

- Cruise sales experience is a must
- Used to deal with a high volume of calls and enquiries
- Used to work in a fast paced, target driven environment
