We have a fantastic opportunity for customer-focused and highly organised travel and cruise industry professionals to be part of our award-winning client’s Online Customer Support team.
Joining as a Cruise Customer Support Executive, this home-based role combines administration and customer service duties, with the core objective to provide daily support to our client's online customers, assisting them with post-booking queries and completing other administrative tasks related to online bookings.
Previous customer service gained within the cruise and travel sector is essential for this position, along with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
In return, our client can offer a competitive starting salary of £26,089 and excellent travel industry benefits.

Role of Cruise Customer Support Executive:
- Answer and process queries from customers for our client's online brand, via phone, email, and any other channel used in the future
- Liaise with customers for post-booking questions, assistance & customer service issues
- Delivering the highest standards of service every time
- Process and action where relevant, incoming emails from external suppliers
- Ensure bookings with overdue balances are chased and cancelled before any charges
- Ensure bookings are loaded correctly across our booking systems and the cruise lines
- Meet & surpass objectives set by the Line Manager
- Other ad hoc tasks as and when required
- Assist other areas of the business, as and when deemed necessary
