We are currently seeking an experienced CSA Lead to join our project team in Blyth, United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all civils, structural and architectural elements of the hyperscale project.
  • Manage a project team of 50+ including, discipline leads, package managers, design managers, engineers, and site supervisors.
  • Support your team in managing contractor’s design elements of the project, ensuring design is carried out and relevant approvals in place ahead of construction on-site.
  • Ensure BIM processes are followed by sub-contractors carrying out works under your supervision.
  • Manage, track, and develop plans for project costs, budgets, project labour, commissioning procedures, and project performance.
  • Directing set up for the CSA activities, making sure that best practice meeting and reporting documentation and schedules are implemented from the outset.
  • Continuous engagement with Key project stakeholders such as Client and Design Teams to ensure Project performance.
  • Overseeing ongoing client satisfaction with the project, especially in terms of cost, scope, and timescales.
  • Proactively monitoring the project's health & safety processes as well as the team's culture and behaviours.
  • Monitor and ensure the Quality targets are achieved and exceeded on the project.
  • Report directly to the Project Director

Skills & Qualifications

  • A degree in a relevant construction or engineering subject.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior project manager role.
  • Previous experience delivering projects from concept to handover.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, delivering CSA elements of a project within a contracting environment is essential.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, people, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Word & Excel is required.
  • Data centre experience is advantageous but not necessary.
  • Experience in the delivery of large-scale projects is necessary.
  • The ability to build robust relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
  • A flair for multitasking, looking at the bigger picture, and providing excellent attention to detail.
  • A proactive, diligent, and forward-thinking approach.
  • First-class leadership skills - you should be able to delegate, prioritize workloads, run productive meetings, and be a role model for others.
