CSA Project Manager - Data Centre Projects - London
£100k-£110k+ Package
A leading construction contractor is seeking an experienced CSA Project Manager to join their growing team delivering major data centre projects across London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven CSA professional to take responsibility for the successful delivery of complex, high-value projects within a fast-paced and technically demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) delivery of large-scale data centre projects from pre-construction through to completion.
- Oversee project programmes, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage site teams, subcontractor performance and day-to-day construction activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality, health & safety and environmental standards.
- Review design information, resolve technical queries and drive efficient project delivery.
- Monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Support commercial performance through effective planning, reporting and cost control.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a CSA Project Manager or similar senior delivery role.
- Strong background delivering large-scale construction projects.
- Experience working on data centres, mission-critical, industrial or similarly complex projects is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of civil, structural and architectural construction activities.
- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant construction qualification (Degree/HND/HNC or equivalent).
