Teamforce Labour are currently seeking an experienced Handyman for an immediate start on a long-term construction project at Virginia Water.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and skilled operative with experience carrying out a wide range of general site maintenance and finishing works. Due to the site's location, applicants should ideally live within a reasonable commuting distance, as public transport links are limited.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out general carpentry and joinery tasks.
- Painting and decorating small areas as required.
- Installing, maintaining and repairing site protection.
- Installing and maintaining site signage.
- Completing BWIC (Builder's Work in Connection) activities.
- Carrying out grouting works.
- Undertaking small concrete works, including minor pours and breaking out.
- Installing and maintaining HERAS fencing and site hoarding.
- Installing, maintaining and relocating barriers.
- General site maintenance and supporting the site management team with day-to-day tasks.

Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Handyman on construction sites.
- Valid CSCS Card (essential).
- Own tools and equipment suitable for general handyman duties.
- Good understanding of site health and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high standards of workmanship.
