Your new company
Hays Recruitment is working with a well-established contractor on a busy residential development in Harleston. Due to ongoing project requirements, they are seeking an experienced General Site Labourer to join the team on a long-term basis.
Your new role
As a General Site Labourer, you will play a key role in supporting site operations and ensuring work areas remain safe, clean, and organised. Duties will include:
- General labouring duties across the residential site
- Assisting tradespeople with day-to-day tasks
- Moving materials and equipment safely around site
- Site clearance and maintaining housekeeping standards
- Adhering to all site health and safety regulations
- Supporting the site management team as required

What you'll need to succeed
- Valid CSCS card (essential)
- Previous experience working on residential construction sites
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good understanding of site health and safety requirements
- Own transport is desirable due to the site location.
