Teamforce Labour are currently seeking an experienced CSCS Welfare Cleaner for an immediate start on a long-term construction project at Virginia Water.

This role is ideal for a reliable and hardworking individual with previous experience maintaining welfare facilities and ensuring high standards of cleanliness on busy construction sites. Due to the site's location, applicants should ideally live within a reasonable commuting distance, as public transport links are limited.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and maintaining all site welfare facilities, including canteens, offices, drying rooms, toilets and changing areas.
  • Ensuring welfare facilities remain clean, hygienic and fully stocked throughout the working day.
  • Emptying bins and disposing of waste in accordance with site procedures.
  • Replenishing consumables such as toilet rolls, soap, hand towels and cleaning products.
  • Cleaning windows, floors, surfaces and communal areas.
  • Supporting the site team with general housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and tidy working environment.
  • Reporting any maintenance issues, damage or shortages to the site management team.
  • Assisting with general site cleaning and ensuring walkways and access routes remain clear and presentable.
  • Adhering to all site health, safety and environmental procedures at all times.

Requirements

  • Valid CSCS Card (essential).
  • Previous experience as a Welfare Cleaner on a construction site.
  • Good understanding of site health and safety requirements.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
