Job Profile
A branch-based customer-facing role providing the first point of contact for HSBC customers, responsible for providing a high-quality, personalised, friendly, efficient, and customer-driven service by proactively identifying and addressing simple customer needs. Primary responsibility is to service the customer base by handling cash withdrawals and deposits. Treating customers fairly is at the heart of everything they do with a high level of energy and driven to achieve challenging targets. Deliver consistently excellent customer experience and encourage customers to use direct channels where appropriate.
