Description
Insurance Specialists provide remote CSR services in both commercial and personal lines to agency clients, operating within AMS360. This role is essential to ensuring agencies receive accurate, timely, and professional support in managing their daily service needs. By upholding the high standards set forth by Angela Adams Consulting Services, Inc., Insurance Specialists help agencies operate more efficiently, enhance client satisfaction, and maintain compliance with industry’s best practices. The position requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach to deliver reliable, high-quality service.
Success In This Role
Mastery of the CSR, Insurance Specialist skillset, which entails:
- Checking all new/renewals/rewrite policies
- Check Endorsements including cancelations and reinstatement
- Generate and process daily downloads of reports.
- Create activities with accurate action codes and descriptions
- Attach documents in management systems with correct Doc Type
- Add a Holder only to an existing Master Certificate with no additional wording or endorsement required
- Update Claim Details in the management system
- Creating Evidence of Insurance
- Generate Binders
- Generate Auto ID cards
- Generate Accord applications
- Policy change request

Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all CSR projects of assigned agencies
- Ensure workflows are documented and updated in teams
- Ensure we are meeting all obligations and expectations of each assigned agency in an accurate and timely manner
- Maintain regular communication with clients to support strong relationships.
- Provide daily and weekly updates to the insurance Segment Leader
- Always maintain client confidentiality.
- Accurately record time spent on each task and review processor time entries for each client
- Remain available to clients during regularly scheduled core business hours.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support client and organizational needs.
Timekeeping Responsibilities
- Submit timesheets daily, ensuring that all entries include detailed notes.
- Accurately track time spent on each task using timers

- Monitor hours against contracted or projected hours for each project and notify your manager if the monthly hours are likely to exceed projections.??
- Keep non-billable administrative time at 10% of less than total hours worked.?

- Collaborate effectively and demonstrate teamwork.
- A minimum of 30 hours per week, with at least half being within Core Business Hours
