CSS TSSM Travel Technology Program Manager

About the Role

This full-time, remote role (based in the United Kingdom, Italy, Poland, or Spain) requires:

  • If you live in the Warsaw area, 50% in-office time is needed monthly.
  • If you live in the Kraków or Rzeszów areas in Poland, you must work at least one day in-office per week.

The CSS TSSM Travel Technology Program Manager is accountable for:

  • Assessing incidents and determining a solution approach
  • Understanding requests for changes and identifying the best path forward
  • Applying comprehensive solutions to resolve business problems

You will:

  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvements
  • Coordinate with and lead your team

Responsibilities

As this Program Manager, you will:

  • Logically assess errors, replicate issues, or test scenarios
  • Execute small to highly complex configuration changes (across multiple systems, varying logics, interactions, and dependencies)
  • Perform benefit and risk analysis on scenarios with many variables
  • Deliver excellent customer service while developing customer-centric communication
  • Conduct trainings and presentations for external customers
  • Participate in shift planning for the virtual team, aligning with senior management

Requirements

Advanced Ex Role Requirements

  • Required: Advanced experience in corporate travel industry
  • Required: Advanced experience in travel technology, especially Concur travel tools
  • Required: Project management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of: GDS systems such as Sabre or Amadeus

Soft Skills & Communication

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
  • Experience in collaborative & international workspaces

Salary Range (Annual Gross)

We believe in fair pay, free from barriers like salary history. Here’s the band for 2025:

  • Spain: €44,000 – €55,000
  • Poland: PLN 170,000 – PLN 189,000
  • Italy: €40,000 – €45,000

Flexible to individual qualifications/experience and aligned with EU pay transparency.
