About You
As a Customer Success Consultant, your role will drive customer profitability, retention, and growth, contributing to new business wins and maximising revenue. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the adoption of Corporate Traveller across your portfolio of key clients.
- Maintaining a close relationship with decision-makers to showcase the brand’s value.
- Reviewing client business needs and increasing service utilisation to optimise revenue outcomes.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer/account management with tangible results.
- Exceptional ability to articulate product, service, and value propositions clearly and compellingly to clients.
