Role Summary

As Senior Marketing Executive, you will be a cornerstone of the UK Brand Team, taking end-to-end ownership of social channels, content creation, case studies, and brand asset management. Working closely with the Head of UK Acquisition Marketing and the wider brand team, you will deliver high-quality marketing output that drives brand awareness, supports lead generation, and strengthens customer engagement across the full funnel. You will manage and grow Corporate Traveller’s UK social media presence, lead case study creation, brief in content and design work, and support a broad range of adhoc marketing tasks. This role sits within a collaborative, fast-paced team that operates across the full customer lifecycle — from Awareness through to Advocacy — and requires someone who is proactive, organised, and passionate about brand storytelling. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone proactive, commercially aware, and confident managing multiple projects. You will be expected to bring ideas, challenge thinking, and take ownership of delivering high-quality marketing output that drives measurable results

What You'll Do

  • Manage Corporate Traveller’s UK social channels end-to-end, including content planning, creation, scheduling, community management, and performance optimisation, with the Growth & Demand Team. Work closely with the sales and ops teams to surface compelling stories and ensure channels are always-on and commercially relevant
  • Lead the end-to-end creation of customer case studies and testimonials, from identifying and engaging suitable customers through to writing, designing, and publishing compelling narratives. Work with sales, ops, and customers to capture authentic testimonials that support awareness and conversion across the funnel.
  • Write clear, well-structured creative briefs for content and design work across all marketing channels, ensuring outputs are on-brand, strategically aligned, and delivered on time. Act as the key liaison between marketing and creative or design resource, managing feedback rounds and sign-off.
  • Support the wider UK Brand Team with a broad range of ad-hoc marketing tasks, including campaign coordination, internal communications, referral programs, collateral updates, and reactive requests. Maintain a proactive, flexible approach to ensure the team can move quickly and deliver against shifting priorities.
  • Maintain and manage brand assets, ensuring materials are up-to-date, accessible, and consistently aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Adapt, localise, and create content and marketing materials across channels (email, website, social, internal communications) in collaboration with the global content and marketing teams, ensuring relevance for the UK market. Confidently review and sign off content where appropriate.
  • Support and increasingly take ownership of reporting and expenditure, campaign tracking, and budget management, ensuring accurate measurement of marketing performance & ROI.
  • Work closely with both internal teams (digital, brand, etc.) and external third-party agencies ensuring alignment and smooth delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Own and deliver internal communications where relevant, ensuring messaging is engaging, clear, and aligned with business priorities.
  • Develop skills in marketing planning, campaign strategy, and performance analysis, contributing ideas and recommendations to improve effectiveness.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
