👀 This is a role with real impact, a mix of hands on and strategy

‼️ AI Adoption, Automation, Digital Innovation

Overview / The Job

We are looking for a hands-on technology leader to drive AI Adoption and Automations across this business, someone who can design, build, and deploy solutions personally, while also shaping strategy and working closely with senior stakeholders.

This is not a role for a leader who only sets direction from a distance. It is a builder first, strategist second position for someone who wants to be close to the technology while still owning the bigger picture.

The Role / About You

As CTO, you will lead on AI and automation execution, designing and implementing solutions such as copilots, document intelligence tools, workflow automation, and knowledge systems. You will prototype, build, and deploy using modern tools, platforms, and APIs, and introduce scalable, cloud-based systems, data pipelines, and automation frameworks that the business can grow into.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You will work closely with Partners and teams across the firm to identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions, and you will be responsible for driving adoption, making sure new tools are genuinely embedded into daily workflows through training and iteration rather than left underused. You will also define a clear, execution-focused technology roadmap aligned to business priorities.

What We are looking for:

  • Proven experience delivering AI, automation, or digital transformation solutions within a professional services environment
  • Strong technical capability with genuine hands-on implementation experience, not just oversight
  • Experience with cloud platforms, AI tools, APIs, and automation frameworks
  • A product mindset, with a clear focus on usability and measurable outcomes
  • The ability to translate technical solutions into business value for non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
  • A pragmatic, outcome-driven approach, with curiosity and energy for experimenting with emerging technologies
