About Our Client
Our client is a growing international brokerage seeking a hands-on technology leader to own the stability, scalability, and performance of its global trading infrastructure.
Job Description
Reporting to the CEO & Board of Directors, you will lead the firm's technology operations function and be accountable for:
- Production operations and availability of the firm's MT5 trading environment
- Trading infrastructure, execution connectivity, and platform performance
- OneZero / PrimeXM bridge infrastructure
- Liquidity provider and FIX API connectivity
- Cloud, network, database, and security infrastructure
- Incident management, disaster recovery, and business continuity
- DevOps, automation, and platform reliability initiatives
- Leadership of infrastructure, DevOps, networking, database, and support teams supporting a 24/7 operations

We are specifically interested in technology leaders who have operated within:
- Retail FX Brokerages
- CFD Brokers
- Multi-Asset Trading Platforms
- Digital Asset Exchanges
- Electronic Trading or Market Infrastructure Firms
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
- 8+ years' experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, or Technology Operations
- Leadership experience within a brokerage, trading, or financial markets environment
- Proven ownership of mission-critical, client-facing trading systems
- Strong experience supporting MT5 and/or MT4 production environments
- Experience managing 24/7 technology operations and incident response
- Experience building and leading high-performing technical teams
