- 日本文化および文化芸術分野への関心があること
- ネイティブレベルの英語力（校正なしで英語で文章を作成できること）
- ソーシャルメディアの利用に習熟していること、Photoshopでの画像編集スキル、またはPhotoshopに類似した画像作成経験があること
- 日本語能力があれば尚可（英語が望ましい）

職務内容
- プログラムやアンケートなどの資料作成
- イベント前の参加者管理（オンラインデータの収集、VIPへの連絡など）
- イベント会場での資料配布・参加者への対応、その他運営サポート
- プロジェクトのマーケティングおよび広報活動（電子チラシの作成を含む）
- アンケート結果の集計
- 資料送付などの一般的な事務作業
- 外部関係者（共催団体、スポンサーなど）との連携サポート
