At BB&A, we help organisations improve their health, safety and environmental performance. Whether we're helping them bring strategy to life, strengthen their culture, engage their people or create meaningful learning and communication experiences, our focus is always the same: shifting how people think, feel and act so that change happens in practice, not just on paper.
We're a small consultancy, with a big impact. Our global clients trust us to bring fresh thinking, practical solutions and a genuine understanding of people and behaviour.
We work closely together, challenge each other's thinking, share ideas freely and genuinely enjoy the work we do.
We're looking for a Consultant who is curious, proactive and confident building relationships. Someone who can bring experience, ideas and energy to the team, enjoys writing compelling communications, and who enjoys helping organisations solve complex communication, engagement and behaviour change challenges.

- Interviewing stakeholders
- Facilitating a workshop
- Briefing designers
- Analysing feedback
- Helping a client solve a complex engagement challenge

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
