Culture & Organisational Development Assistant

Band 3 | Permanent

Portland House | Worthing

£25,760 – £27,476 per annum

37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday)

The role

As a Culture & Organisational Development Assistant, you'll provide high-quality administrative and project support across a wide range of people-focused programmes that help strengthen culture, leadership and staff experience across the Trust. You'll:

  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, webinars and leadership development events
  • Act as the first point of contact for enquiries via shared inboxes and telephone
  • Support the administration of the Leadership Plus programme
  • Maintain project plans, records and management information
  • Produce high-quality documents, reports and presentations
  • Work alongside colleagues across Organisational Development, EDI and Health & Wellbeing

About the team

The Culture & Organisational Development team works across Sussex Partnership to develop leaders, improve staff experience and support positive organisational change. The team delivers:

  • Leadership development programmes
  • Culture and organisational development initiatives
  • Equality, Diversity & Inclusion programmes
  • Health & Wellbeing projects
  • Trust-wide events, workshops and engagement activities

What we're looking for

We're seeking someone who has:

  • Experience providing high-quality administrative support
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Teams, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and attention to detail
  • An interest in organisational development, culture and improving staff experience
