Curriculum Builder
The Curriculum Builder is a volunteer, remote role responsible for overseeing the design, and continuous improvement of our programmes.
This role includes developing culturally-aware and Palestinian-centered resources that align with student goals, levels, and interests.

What are we looking for?
- Background in ELT/ESL/Foreign Language teaching
- Demonstrate 3+ years of experience in curriculum development for language or educational programmes.
- Language: Native or near-native proficiency in English (and/or French/German) is required. Knowledge of Arabic is an asset.
- Experience or interest in language education (English, German, or French) and supporting learners from varied cultural backgrounds.
- Comfort working in a fully remote environment and using digital collaboration tools.
- Ability to work remotely and in autonomy.

Remote
What will you be doing?
Resource Auditing
- Propose specific interventions where standard content (textbook units and Padlet resources) should be supplemented, replaced, or critically analysed.
Creation of Modular Resources
- Design and adapt high-quality lesson plans and resources that align with textbook grammar and vocabulary levels but centre Palestinian voices, history, and daily life.
We will provide you with specific resources related to Palestine.
