About the Role
At ACT, our Behaviour Framework shapes everything we do. We are looking for a creative and forward-thinking Curriculum Developer who demonstrates genuine respect for others, communicates with openness and integrity, and enjoys designing engaging learning experiences that make a real difference. You will be motivated to improve teaching and learning through innovative curriculum design, while maintaining clarity in planning, collaboration and project delivery.
Responsibilities
As a Curriculum Developer, you will:
- Design and develop engaging curriculum resources for face-to-face, blended and online learning
- Create innovative digital learning materials using a range of multimedia and e-learning tools
- Apply instructional design principles to produce accessible and inclusive learning experiences
- Collaborate with delivery teams and subject matter experts to develop high-quality curriculum content
- Embed Welsh, ALN, wellbeing, FREDIE, sustainability and digital skills throughout learning materials
- Explore and utilise emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance curriculum design
- Support curriculum implementation, quality assurance and continuous improvement

Requirements
What we need from you:
- Experience developing engaging learning materials for post-16 or adult learners
- Experience creating digital learning content using multimedia and e-learning authoring tools (such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360 or similar)
- Experience using AI tools and emerging technologies to support content development
- Understanding of instructional design principles and accessible learning design
- Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Demonstrate ACT's Behaviour Framework
