Who are we looking for?
We are currently looking for a Curriculum Information Officer to join OnCampusLondon.
The Curriculum Information Officer is required for:
- Accurate administration and implementation of all aspects of the examinations and testing processes in accordance with the University partner and OnCampus Assessment Regulations.
- Lead on aspects of curriculum management including all timetabling, and communication to all stakeholders.
- Work closely with the student support team to implement the attendance policy, to ensure that student attendance is maintained at a high level and in compliance with inspection, sponsorship, funding, and centre regulations.
- Conduct daily, weekly, monthly attendance checks, follow up absences in keeping with our Attendance Policy.

Person Specification
Education
- Minimum GCSE or equivalent qualification with English and Maths at a level A to D (Essential)
Experience
- Working in an administrative position (Essential)
Skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills (Essential)
- Strong problem-solving skills (Essential)
- Strong database and MS Office skills in particular Microsoft Excel (Essential)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Essential)
