About the Role
We're looking for an inspiring Curriculum Manager to lead the development of an innovative, high-quality curriculum for learners with EHCPs, helping them build confidence, independence and meaningful futures. This is more than a management role – it's an opportunity to shape experiences, lead passionate professionals, and create learning environments where every learner feels valued, supported and empowered to succeed.

Experience and Skills Required
- Educated to degree level or can demonstrate relevant equivalent experience
- Teaching qualification or relevant equivalent qualification with demonstrable teaching experience.
- Excellent knowledge and practical experience of managing or leading a delivery area within the Ofsted Education Inspection Framework (EIF).
- DSL Level 3 trained or willingness to undertake, with substantial experience of dealing with complex cases
- Demonstrable evidence of leadership and management development or skills
- Significant experience of delivering programmes to support those on EHC Plans
- An organised individual who can plan and monitor a varied workload
- Strong people skills which encourages others to work collaboratively
- Strong literacy skills with the ability to write clearly and effectively
- A flexible approach to work and the ability to meet challenges and adapt to change
- Ability to deal with challenging behaviour at times
- Being self-motivated, resilient, with a drive and determination to achieve results
- General awareness of health and safety and building management
- Strong IT skills, across multiple platforms, with an in-depth knowledge of office tools, with an eye for detail that’s second to none.
- Strong communicator with excellent customer service experience and skills
- Ability to work as a team, under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- A good understanding of the barriers faced by people, and the solutions that may be able to benefit them
- Ability to work collaboratively with others, whether in the same team or external support providers
- You’re a positive, energised and enthusiastic person, with a real zest for helping others

What Will Make You Stand Out
- Qualified IQA Level 4, or working towards
- Qualified Assessor for example Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement or willingness to undertake
- MHFA
