Curriculum Manager Healthcare – London


Passionate about shaping the future of Healthcare? Join our London-based Further Education team as a Curriculum Manager and lead the development and delivery of outstanding, industry-relevant programmes that shape students’ futures.


About the Role

Title: Curriculum Manager (Healthcare)

As the Curriculum Manager for Health, you will play a pivotal role in driving forward our strategic objectives, ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning, and learner experience across our Health curriculum and services.

Key Responsibilities

You are an ideal candidate if you can demonstrate:

  • Leadership in the development and delivery of outstanding educational provision
  • Collaborative cooperation across departments to implement innovative and inclusive practices, supporting learners and colleagues to thrive
  • A successful track record of line managing teaching and support staff, driving performance and accountability
  • Expertise in curriculum design, planning, and delivery, with a focus on high-quality, learner-centred programmes
  • Experience in delivering and managing T-Level provision
  • Proficiency in compliance, funding regulations, and quality assurance processes
  • Ability to use data effectively to improve learner attendance, retention, and progression
  • Budget and resource management skills to ensure cost-effective, high-impact delivery
  • Preparation for and contributions to internal/external audits, Ofsted inspections, and quality reviews

This full-time, permanent role focuses on Health and Social Care education, ensuring alignment with Pearson/BTEC/NCFE/T-Level requirements. You will inspire students to achieve excellence and progress in their chosen fields.

Expected Qualifications & Experience

We seek an experienced Curriculum Manager with a proven history of leading high-quality curriculum development and delivery at a senior level.

Essential Criteria

  • Proven success in leading teams or departments within a further education or comparable setting
  • Strong understanding of curriculum design, quality assurance, and student achievement
  • Strategic thinking, communication, and people management skills
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on partnerships (internal and external)
  • Commitment to inclusive, empowering learning environments
  • Proactive, strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and learner success
  • Relevant teaching qualifications and leadership training (or willingness to pursue)
  • Preference for candidates with experience in the Healthcare sector

About the Team

You will join a high-performing leadership team at Capital City College (CCC), supporting our shared goals through effective leadership, innovation, and operational oversight. You will manage up to ten members of staff, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
