Curriculum Manager (Healthcare) – Full-Time, Permanent
Location: London
urpose: Join our London-based Further Education team as a Curriculum Manager (Healthcare) and lead the development and delivery of outstanding, industry-relevant programmes that shape students’ futures.
About the Role
Curriculum Manager – Healthcare
As a Curriculum Manager for Health, you will play a pivotal role in driving forward strategic objectives and ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning, and learner experience across our Health curriculum and services.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Leading the development and delivery of outstanding educational provision, working collaboratively with staff across departments to implement innovative and inclusive practices.
- Line managing teaching and support staff, driving accountability and fostering a culture of performance and excellence.
- Designing, planning, and delivering high-quality, learner-focused curriculum programmes, including T-Level provisions.
- Ensuring compliance with funding regulations, quality assurance processes, and Ofsted standards.
- Utilising data-driven insights to improve learner attendance, retention, and progression.
- Managing budgets and resources for cost-effective, high-impact delivery.
- Preparing and contributing to internal and external audits (e.g., Ofsted), inspections, and quality reviews.
Requirements
- A proven track record in leading high-quality curriculum design and delivery in Further Education.
- Experience line managing up to ten members of staff within an educational setting.
- Strong expertise in curriculum development, quality assurance, and learner achievement.
- Knowledge of T-Level provisions, Pearson/BTEC/NCFE frameworks, and funding regulations.
- Experience in budget management and adapting to operational needs.
- Experience in driving performance analytics and quality improvements in education.
- Preference for candidates with Healthcare sector experience, though this is not mandatory.

About the Team
