We are seeking a dedicated Curriculum Manager to join our Hospitality team.
In this role, you will deputise for the area head and support the leadership and operational management of Hospitality. You will assist in ensuring high standards of quality assurance across all programmes and actively promote excellence in teaching, learning and student outcomes.

- Undertake a teaching role within the hospitality.
- Assist with operational responsibility for all courses across hospitality.
- Manage staff and resources to ensure excellence in teaching, learning and assessment to enable students to make excellent progress and achieve positive destinations.
- Provide a lead on the quality of teaching, learning and assessment in the area, ensuring the best practice is developed and consistently applied.
- Assist with preparing Curriculum and staff timetables to ensure effective staff utilisation within the team.
- Ensure adequate cover for staff sickness and monitor cover arrangements.
- Assist with the monitoring of student behaviour, disciplinaries and pastoral support.
- Liaise with the Head of Area to ensure the effective deployment of staff and non-staff resources.

Essential Experience:
- Extensive teaching experience with in-depth pedagogy knowledge
- Previous line management
Essential Qualifications:
- Teaching qualification and extensive experience in FE
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Hospitality
