Creative Industries School Curriculum Manager
The Creative Industries School at Kingston College is seeking an experienced educator with specialist knowledge and practical expertise in one or more areas of the Performing and/or Production Arts industry.

About the Role
As Curriculum Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership and play an active role as a member of the School Management Group (SMG). Alongside fellow SMG members, you will ensure the effective implementation of college policies and procedures, including student progress monitoring, staff appraisals, and the consistent delivery of high-quality teaching and learning.
Responsibilities
- Lead curriculum development and growth, adapting course offerings in response to industry demand.
- Ensure full compliance with funding regulations.
- Act as a Safeguarding Officer for the School.
- Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in using College systems, alongside a thorough understanding of institutional policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent in an applicable performing and/or production arts subject.
- Management qualification (or willing to work towards).
- Recognised as an effective teacher, you will hold a teaching qualification.
- Proven track record of improving and managing a high-quality curriculum.
- Sound knowledge of performing and production arts curriculum and a firm grasp of current and impending national changes.
- Proven record of effective curriculum development and growth.
- Demonstrable leadership and management skills.
- Previous experience in the context of curriculum and staff management.
