Curriculum Manager – Capital City College

Are you ready to make an impact at one of London’s leading Further Education providers? Capital City College is looking for a skilled Curriculum Manager to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in the heart of London.

This role is offered on a full-time, fixed-term basis, with a contract ending on 16th July 2027.


The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced Curriculum Manager to lead Professional Services, ensuring high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment aligned with standards from AAT, VTCT, Pearson’s, ACCA, OCN, and NCFE. You’ll serve as a mentor, inspiring and supporting students to achieve their goals and progress within their chosen fields. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong track record in curriculum leadership and educational operational management.


About the Team

You’ll join Capital City College’s leadership team, working collaboratively across departments to deliver against shared objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Line managing 6 staff, fostering their development and cultivating a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Shaping strategic direction and ensuring its effective implementation through innovation and operational oversight.
  • Partnering with colleagues to drive excellence in curriculum innovation, quality assurance, and student success.

About You

We’re looking for a passionate, visionary leader with:

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven success in leading teams or departments within an educational or comparable setting.
  • Deep knowledge of curriculum design, quality assurance, and student achievement.
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and people management skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to build internal and external partnerships.
  • Commitment to inclusive, empowering learning environments.
  • Proactive, data-driven approach to continuous improvement and learner success.

Professional Attributes

  • Relevant teaching qualification (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Leadership training or equivalent experience.
  • Specialised expertise in Accounting, Finance, or Business sector education.
