Curriculum Manager – Capital City College
Are you ready to make an impact at one of London’s leading Further Education providers? Capital City College is seeking a skilled Curriculum Manager to support and drive key operational functions, shaping the future of education in the heart of London.
This full-time, fixed-term role (contract ends 16th July 2027) is ideal for passionate leaders with a proven track record in curriculum management within Accounting and Finance/Business sectors, ensuring high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment as per AAT, VTCT, Pearsons, ACCA, OCN, and NCFE standards.
About the Role
As the Curriculum Manager, you will:
- Lead Professional Services, upholding integrity in compliance with regulatory bodies.
- Inspire and support learners to reach their goals and progress within expert fields.
- Design and refine curriculum structures, ensuring innovative yet accessible educational pathways.
- Line-manage 6 staff members, driving professional development, collaboration, and excellence across the organisation.
- Contribute to strategic direction, aligning operational delivery with long-term vision at a leadership level.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for those already established as operational leaders within Further Education (FE).

About You
We’re seeking an experienced leader with:
- Proven managerial experience in F&E, education, or equivalent sectors
- Rigorous understanding of curriculum design and delivery in Accounting, Finance, and/or Business sectors
- Commitment to quality assurance, student success, and compliance frameworks
- Leadership expertise in team development, mentorship, and change management
- Strategic mindset, strategic communication, and proven ability to turn ideas into successful outcomes
- Demonstrated excellence in facilitating inclusive learning environments
- Passion for life-long learning—understanding of both sector trends and best practice
- (Preferred) Relevant teaching qualifications (e.g. PTTLS, QTS*) and/or managerial training. (These are not prohibitive but indicate a proactive investment in professional growth.)
