Are you ready to make an impact at one of London’s leading Further Education providers? Capital City College (CCC) is seeking a passionate Curriculum Manager to drive operational functions, support strategic curriculum delivery, and shape the future of education in Accounting, Finance, Business, and Vocational Training.
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced leader to join Professional Services, managing line functions and supporting curriculum quality across qualifications delivered by:
- AAT
- VTCT
- Pearson Edexcel
- ACCA
- OCN West Midlands
- NCFE
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, and support 6 direct reports in delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment.
- Oversee the continuous improvement of curriculum design and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and awarding body standards.
- Work closely with senior leadership and cross-college teams to achieve strategic goals.
- Foster inclusivity, collaboration, and a culture of excellence.
- Progress towards strategic success through resilient financial oversight and innovation.

About You
We’re looking for a proven leader with:
- Leadership & Management:
- Experience in leading teams/departments in education or related sectors.
- Successful track record in curriculum design, quality assurance, and student achievement.
- Strategic Impact:
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and people management skills.
- Passion for inclusive, empowering learning environments.
- Professional & Technical Skills:
- Experience in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Vocational education.
- Relevant qualifications (or willingness to pursue) in teaching and leadership (e.g., PGCE, MBA, Chartered status).
- Culture & Commitment:
- A collaborative mindset and ability to build meaningful partnerships.
- Alignment with CCC’s ethos of innovation, quality, and real-world impact.
