Job Title: Curriculum Team Manager – Creative Arts

Salary: £52,350.48, inclusive of Outer London Weighting

About the Role
We are now seeking a Curriculum Team Manager – Creative Arts to lead and develop a dynamic curriculum area, ensuring outstanding teaching, learning, and student outcomes. As Curriculum Team Manager, you will provide strong leadership and management to the Creative Arts team, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for all students and driving continuous improvement across the curriculum.
You will play a key role in shaping curriculum delivery, supporting staff development, and ensuring students achieve their qualifications and progress successfully. You will:

- Lead and manage a team of teaching staff, including recruitment, appraisal, and development
- Drive high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment across the curriculum
- Monitor performance and use data to improve student outcomes
- Manage staffing resources and ensure effective curriculum delivery
- Lead on quality assurance, including internal verification and compliance
- Support student recruitment, retention, achievement, and progression
- Promote positive student behavior, welfare, and personal development
- Contribute to curriculum planning, innovation, and growth
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the College to deliver strategic priorities
