About the Role
We are seeking a Curriculum Team Manager for Maths to join our English and Maths department. You will need outstanding leadership skills and relevant experience to lead and deliver maths curriculum at all levels.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the quality of curriculum delivery and development
- Working strategically to motivate students and staff, fostering high performance
- Collaborating with the Head of School and other managers to guarantee exceptional learning experiences
- Driving outcomes that lead to excellent student progression

The Curriculum Team Manager for Maths will be responsible for:
- Overseeing high-quality teaching and curriculum design
- Supporting and coaching staff to achieve their best
- Establishing an environment where students can thrive and achieve their full potential
Key Requirements
- A teaching qualification (e.g., QTS or equivalent) is essential
- A relevant degree, or appropriate higher-level qualification in Mathematics or a connected field
- Extensive successful teaching experience, preferably at higher levels
- Demonstrated capability in excellent communication and organisation
- A commitment to professional and personal development, along with supporting the development of others
- Strong leadership and management skills, with a record of delivering outstanding results
