Location: Calvert Independent School District
About the Role
Calvert ISD is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for students, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work and help ensure school facilities are well-maintained and welcoming.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors
- Empty trash and replace liners daily
- Maintain cleanliness of windows, walls, and surfaces
- Set up and break down areas for events and activities
- Monitor building security and report any maintenance or safety concerns
- Perform minor maintenance tasks as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and district policies
