About the Role:
As a Custom Fit Specialist, you will enhance customers' golfing experiences by offering expert fitting advice and exceptional service. Your role will involve:
- Delivering Exceptional Service: Guiding customers through the fitting process, understanding their needs, and providing personalised product recommendations to elevate their game.
- Driving Sales Success: Meeting sales targets, promoting link sales, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for every customer.
- Golf Enthusiast: Keeping up with the latest golf trends and products, sharing valuable insights and recommendations.
- Custom Fitting Expertise: Demonstrating a thorough understanding of the American Golf fitting process and effectively utilising fitting technology.
- Operations & Management: Maintaining the fitting bay to ensure it is tidy, professionally presented, and fully operational.
- Commitment to Health & Safety: Following health and safety protocols to ensure a safe and welcoming store environment.
- Team Spirit: Collaborating with team members to create a positive atmosphere, supporting each other during peak times, and continuously learning.

What You Bring:
- Passion for Golf: A love for the game that you can share with customers, helping them improve their performance.
- Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of golf products and fitting processes, while proficiently operating relevant fitting technology.
- Customer Service Excellence: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer experiences, with a strong focus on understanding and meeting customer needs.
- Sales and Retail Skills: Experience in retail and sales, with a strong ability to close sales and drive additional purchases through link selling.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot fitting issues effectively, with a clear escalation path when needed.
- Team Player Attitude: A positive, can-do approach, ready to support team goals and work collaboratively.
- Enthusiasm for Learning: A commitment to continuous training and skill development.
