We are looking for a highly organised and analytical Customer Account Coordinator to join our team.
As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry, Customers are at the heart of our business. This role is pivotal in ensuring excellent service delivery to our customers by proactively managing account performance, analysing data, and collaborating across multiple functions to resolve issues before they impact the customer experience.
The successful candidate will act as a key link between customers, supply chain teams, and internal stakeholders, using data-driven insights to drive performance improvements and support operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyse, and report on key customer and operational KPIs to ensure performance targets are achieved.
- Perform detailed data validation and report auditing to maintain the accuracy and integrity of customer account information.
- Identify potential delays, disruptions, or service issues and proactively coordinate actions to minimise customer impact.
- Conduct root cause analysis on operational challenges, customer concerns, and performance gaps, providing recommendations for corrective actions.
- Ensure accurate and timely flow of information through Incora systems, maintaining data quality and supporting informed decision-making.
- Produce regular performance reports, dashboards, and customer reviews using data-driven insights.
- Support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Escalate risks and exceptions as required, ensuring stakeholders remain informed and aligned.
About You
We are looking for candidates with strong logical minds, able to demonstrate an analytical skillset and an ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
- You will have experience working with KPIs, performance reporting, and data analysis with excellent attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and validation.
- You will be a proven problem-solver with strong communication and stakeholder management skills able to work collaboratively across multiple functions in a fast-paced environment.
- You will have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential, alongside experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity.
- Most importantly, you will be passionate about our Incora Values and exceeding customer expectations.

- Starting annual salary between £28,000 and £30,000
