C£30,000 p.a. + uncapped commission

The Company

ER Recruitment are excited to be working with a well-established and growing organisation that is continuing to invest in its people.

Due to continued expansion, they are looking to recruit Customer Account Executives to join their successful commercial team, supporting existing customers while helping to grow revenue through excellent account management.

Role & Responsibilities Of The Customer Account Executive

  • Build strong relationships with an existing customer portfolio.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Proactively contact customers to maximise account potential.
  • Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to completion.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and account activity.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service.

About You As The Customer Account Executive

  • Previous experience within account management, customer success, customer retention, internal sales or sales.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service while achieving commercial objectives.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and target driven.
  • Organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Competent using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
