We're hiring! Customer Account Executive | Shipley | £36,000
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships?
We're working with a fantastic business in Shipley that's looking for a Customer Account Executive to become the main point of contact for a portfolio of customers, ensuring a seamless experience from order through to delivery.
In this role you'll:
- Build and develop strong customer relationships.
- Manage customer accounts and oversee the full order process.
- Work closely with production, logistics and finance teams.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure a first-class customer experience.
- Analyse sales and customer data to identify opportunities and trends.
- Support new customer onboarding and account growth.
