Customer Account Executive | Chichester | West Sussex | Highly competitive salary & amazing benefits package
We are currently on the lookout for a strong Customer Account Executive to join our high performing Sales team here at Natures Way Foods in Chichester Food Park. You will build strong Customer relationships and contribute to business growth in line with our business plan. By clearly communicating Customer performance and variance to key metrics, you will own the Customer forecast to improve accuracy and maintain industry leading service levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Administrative tasks
- Manage projects with internal cross-functional teams to deliver customer plans
- Own and communicate accurate customer forecasts using customer insight, available data and team input
- Manage Customer and Distributor communication e.g. additional stock, order discrepancies and service
- Support and manage internal customer performance reporting
- Contribute to business growth by building strong commercial relationship and identify new business opportunities
- Coordinate promotional activity and new product launches
- Work closely with planning and supply chain teams to maximise service levels and availability

Skills & Experience
- Commercial and/or supply chain experience
- Analytical Skills
- Cross-Functional working
- Forecasting & demand planning skills
- Problem-Solving
- Experience in FMCG (preferred)
