Ways of working: Field & Home Based – Ireland

What's in it for you?

  • Full ownership of a diverse portfolio across the Total Trade channel
  • The opportunity to shape growth across both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland
  • A role that balances strategic account management with genuine new business development
  • Close collaboration with an experienced Ireland Business Manager and wider commercial team
  • The chance to influence commercial decisions by bringing customer, shopper and market insight into the business
  • A growing drinks business where your ideas carry real weight

About the business...

This isn't a business content with maintaining distribution.

They are focused on building brands that consumers love and customers want to grow. Every decision starts with understanding the shopper, strengthening core distribution and creating long-term partnerships that deliver sustainable growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The commercial team believes growth comes from curiosity, ownership and challenging the status quo. They want people who spot opportunities before competitors do, build trusted customer relationships and constantly look for ways to grow the business.

That's exactly what this role is all about.

Managing an established customer portfolio whilst identifying the next wave of commercial opportunities across Ireland.

The role...

You'll inherit an established portfolio of customers across Grocery, Wholesale, Convenience, Foodservice and On Trade.

But this isn't simply about looking after existing business.

You'll identify where distribution can be expanded, where visibility can improve and where new commercial opportunities exist. Alongside growing existing accounts, you'll develop relationships with prospective customers, wholesalers, buying groups and route-to-market partners to help unlock future growth across the Irish market.

Every customer should leave bigger than you found it.

This is a role for someone who understands that commercial success starts with relationships.

Someone who can balance strategic account development with hunting for new opportunities.

Someone who enjoys getting out into the market, spotting trends, building partnerships and creating long-term growth.

It's commercial.

It's customer-led.

And when it's done well, it has a huge impact on the future growth of the business.

Who are you?

You'll already have experience within FMCG or the drinks industry, ideally managing customers across Grocery, Wholesale, Convenience, Foodservice or On Trade.

You've grown accounts, opened new doors and know how to build credibility with customers.

You're commercially minded, comfortable analysing opportunities and confident negotiating with stakeholders at every level.

Most importantly, you're proactive.

If you understand the Irish route to market, enjoy working autonomously and want to play a key role in growing an ambitious drinks business, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
