We're looking for a commercially minded and relationship-focused Client Account Manager to join our growing Account Management team. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with NHS stakeholders, identifying opportunities to increase managed spend, deliver tangible savings, and strengthen long-term partnerships across a portfolio of NHS Trusts.

What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key NHS Trust stakeholders
- Identifying growth opportunities and delivering savings across client accounts
- Analysing purchasing patterns, spend data, and business risks to uncover opportunities for improvement
- Building and managing a pipeline of commercial activity to achieve agreed targets and KPIs
- Working closely with Procurement, Operations, Finance, and Data teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
- Acting as a trusted advisor to NHS customers, providing insight, support, and value-driven solutions

About You
We're looking for someone who combines strong commercial awareness with excellent stakeholder management skills.
You'll Likely Have
- Experience building and managing successful client or stakeholder relationships
- Strong commercial acumen and confidence interpreting data to identify opportunities
- A proven track record of delivering growth, savings, or performance against KPIs
- Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills
- The ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and functions
- A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach
- A full UK driving licence

- Experience working within procurement services, managed services, or supply chain environments
