The Role: Context & Importance
You’ll have the opportunity to shape and execute United Media’s client success strategy, collaborate with high-performing teams, and make a tangible impact on the company’s growth.
This is a newly created position, reporting directly to the Founder / CEO. The role focuses on scaling the client success and operations functions while shaping broader business strategies at an exciting early growth stage.

Client Success & Operations Delivery
- Ensure excepional client delivery for all business interactions
- Lead onboarding, execution, and performance reporting to clients
- Oversee the end-to-end client journey for sustainable business growth

Team Leadership & Development
- Manage, grow, and mentored advanced performance within the client success team
- Foster collaboration and a high-performing culture
- Upskill and empower teams to scale globally, with a focus on people development
Operational Efficiency & Systems
- Streamline cross-departmental processes to maximise efficiency and satisfaction
- Align client success strategies with product-led approaches, ensuring seamless user experiences
Strategic Impact & Expansion
- Discover and implement process automation to accelerate growth
- Partner with international markets to harmonise operations
- Influence revenue growth by driving customer and operational excellence
Essential Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments (e.g., startups, scaling businesses)
- Project management & process-building skills, excelling at prioritisation and execution
- Experience successfully leading and scaling client success, operations, sales, growth, or global expansion
- Track record in customer-focused operations, including automation and process optimisation
- Strong analytical skills, alongside commercial acumen and data-driven decision making
- Relevant experience in driving / retaining customer success functions for fast-growing companies
- Leadership mindset: Passion for coaching, mentoring, and fostering high-performing teams
- Entrepreneurial spirit, confident in shaping culture and operations for long-term growth
