IRIS Software Group is a global leader in education technology, supporting schools in over 90 countries. Through our iSAMS platform, we help schools streamline operations across safeguarding, finance, HR and engagement.
We’re growing fast — and looking for a Customer Account Manager to take ownership of a high-value portfolio within the international and independent schools market.
💼 The Role
This is a 50/50 split between account management and commercial growth.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to your customers while identifying opportunities to expand usage across the iSAMS suite and wider IRIS solutions.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and manage strong relationships with international school stakeholders
- Drive retention through proactive engagement and value delivery
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across iSAMS modules
- Support customers with digital transformation and system optimisation
- Manage full sales cycles for upgrades and expansions
- Own forecasting, pipeline management and CRM hygiene
🧠 What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Experience in account management or field sales
- Proven track record of hitting targets
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Confident communicator with a consultative approach
- Highly organised and self-motivated
