Customer Support Specialist – Dexcom Corporation

Meet The Team
This Customer Support Specialist role is based in Bracknell, Berkshire. You’ll be an essential part of the Inside Sales Team, working closely with the Manager to deliver exceptional customer service in line with our UK & Ireland business objectives.
You'll:
- Answer customer questions (via phone, email, and written correspondence)
- Process orders and manage account inquiries
- Develop strong relationships with hospital/procurement teams
- Acquire new customers while achieving monthly revenue targets
- Track progress and report activities using Salesforce and Excel for accuracy
You’ll also continuously train to build in-depth knowledge of Dexcom products, ensuring you can confidently support self-funded patients throughout their user journey (training provided).

Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Customer Growth
- Help meet monthly revenue targets and new customer acquisition goals
- Generate regular patient lists and renewal documentation to strengthen accounts
Account & Hospital Relationships
- Proactively follow up with hospitals to improve relationships and drive engagement
- Address all NHS, CCG, Health Board, and Foundation Trust queries
Operational Excellence
- Use Salesforce to log daily activities and record customer interactions
- Utilise Excel for reporting (e.g., customer dashboards, performance tracking)
- Maintain strict data accuracy and documentation standards
Product & Training Knowledge
- Gain deep understanding of Dexcom’s product range and training pathways
- Support self-funded patients from first inquiry to post-purchase support

At a Glance
Location: Bracknell, Berkshire Hybrid Working: Part work from home (typically <20 hours per week from home office) with primary site administrative duties
- Primary responsibility location? Must be within commuting distance (max 1-hour travel) of the assigned Dexcom site
Experience & Education Requirements

Typical Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent required
- 2–4 years of related experience in sales/customer support

- Salesforce familiarity
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, reports)
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks in fast-paced environments
- Understanding of patient-account management, purchasing workflows
