Customer Acquisition Executive
Birmingham City Centre | Full-Time | Permanent | Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm
Customer acquisition is the skill every business depends on and very few people are ever properly taught. This role trains you in it from the ground up: how to open a conversation with a stranger, understand what they actually need, handle objections without friction, and turn interest into a decision. You'll practise it daily on live campaigns for national UK brands, with coaching built into every week.
If you're currently in an admin, office or support role and feel your career has plateaued, or you have ambitions of running something of your own one day, this is a commercial foundation you can't get from a course. Everything here is measurable, so you'll always know exactly how good you're getting.
The skills ledger: what you'll be able to do
Within your first months
- Hold confident, structured face-to-face conversations with customers
- Present products and services clearly and handle common objections
- Work to daily and weekly targets and read your own performance data

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
