Do you thrive in fast-paced environments, love being out on the road, and want to play a key role in scaling a premium drinks brand?

The Advocate Group is proud to be partnering with a high-growth, premium British drinks business that excels in quality, heritage, and craft. With strong performance in major retailers and growing momentum in Out-of-Home and Foodservice channels, the company is now scale-up and needs a Trade Marketing Manager to help drive its growth!


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and execute brand and marketing activities across trade channels with consistency and impact
  • Lead brand collaborations and strategic partnerships to boost brand visibility
  • Oversee retail activations and trade events from concept to delivery
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at events, tastings, and sampling activities
  • Advise on new business opportunities and routes to market across Off Trade and Out-of-Home
  • Align marketing initiatives with sales objectives in collaboration with commercial teams
  • Take a hands-on approach, including regular travel and on-site execution

About You

  • Experience:
    • Proven background in Customer/Trade/Shopper Activation, preferably within drinks or FMCG
  • Personality & Skills:
    • Self-motivated with a strong desire to build brand awareness
    • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven
    • Confident, energetic, and politically adept when representing the brand
    • A team player who excels in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Practical Considerations:
    • Full UK driving licence
    • Comfortable with regular travel
