The Advocate Group is proud to be partnering with a high-growth, premium British drinks business that excels in quality, heritage, and craft. With strong performance in major retailers and growing momentum in Out-of-Home and Foodservice channels, the company is now scale-up and needs a Trade Marketing Manager to help drive its growth!
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and execute brand and marketing activities across trade channels with consistency and impact
- Lead brand collaborations and strategic partnerships to boost brand visibility
- Oversee retail activations and trade events from concept to delivery
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at events, tastings, and sampling activities
- Advise on new business opportunities and routes to market across Off Trade and Out-of-Home
- Align marketing initiatives with sales objectives in collaboration with commercial teams
- Take a hands-on approach, including regular travel and on-site execution

About You
- Experience:
- Proven background in Customer/Trade/Shopper Activation, preferably within drinks or FMCG
- Personality & Skills:
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to build brand awareness
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Confident, energetic, and politically adept when representing the brand
- A team player who excels in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Practical Considerations:
- Full UK driving licence
- Comfortable with regular travel
