We’re recruiting for our long-standing client, Boughey Distribution Ltd.

Let’s be honest: Customer Administrator isn’t the kind of job title that makes people sprint to update their CV. But the version of the job at Boughey Distribution might just change your mind.

Because “No two days are the same” isn’t a cliché here – it’s reality. If you enjoy keeping orders on track, solving problems as they pop up, and staying unflappable under pressure, you’ll fit right in.

What’s in it for you?

You want the good bits first, so here they are:

  • £23,809.50 per annum + benefits
  • Mon–Fri, 8am–4.30pm
  • 33 days holiday (with the option to buy even more if you need them)
  • Real progression across a wider group (3 businesses, lots of paths, zero “dead-end jobs”)
  • Fully funded accredited training
  • Discounts on loads of things you already spend money on
  • On-site gym
  • Subsidised canteen
  • Health perks via Medicash, long service awards, attendance bonus, refer-a-friend bonus
  • All the usual “grown-up job” benefits: pension, life assurance, cycle to work, employee assistance programme, parking, free brews

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What You’ll Actually Do

This isn’t a call-centre job and it’s not just tapping buttons on SAP until you forget your own name. You’ll be the main point of contact for customer enquiries and troubleshooting. When something needs doing, you’re the one who makes sure it happens—and when something goes wrong, you’re the one who stops it becoming a drama.

  • You will be the main customer contact for customers using SAP for production
  • You’ll keep inventory and data updated and liaise with suppliers to ensure availability
  • You’ll manage customer orders from receipt to delivery
  • And you’ll work closely with production and delivery teams to fix issues before they become “issues.”

What You’ll Bring

You don’t need to have lived your whole life inside a warehouse, but experience in a food production environment definitely helps. Same for SAP production—if you’ve used it, great; if not, you’ll learn. Knowledge of BRCGS standards would be a plus too.

More Importantly, You’ll Bring

  • A customer-first approach, with great communication skills
  • The organisational ability to juggle multiple things without dropping any of them.
  • Problem-solving skills (practical and analytical).
  • The ability to keep your cool when everyone else is losing theirs.

Who are Boughey?

Part of the NWF Group (1,400+ people, three businesses, tons of room to move around). Boughey stores and moves food for some of the biggest names in the industry and has been doing it well for more than 60 years. Think 1.5 million sq ft of warehouse, 160 trucks and 365 trailers—basically a small logistical city that you’ll be right in the middle of.

If you want a job where you matter, where things move quickly, and where you can genuinely progress – not just in theory – then you should probably apply.
